  I wish I could give this place a zero. Walked into the branch to use the atm, put my card in and the machine it went to "temporarily out of order", I did not even touch the keypad . It was a non td bank card so I asked the counter attendant inside if she could help me and the response was "we cannot return non TD Bank cards" . She then proceeded to dismiss me and call the next customer. So I asked "what should I do?" she ignored me. I asked again and the branch manager said to call my bank and asked if I wanted to call from the branch to which I responded yes. They then both proceeded to ignore me and went on with other activities while I stood there waiting. I eventually left without any assistance. Thanks a mil for nothing. Greattttt customer service.

  I have no complaints about this branch. Everyone has always been very helpful.
  I agree that sometimes you do have to wait quite a bit, but I believe that is because they try to help every customer to the customer's satisfaction. I've seen that some customers are just a bit overwhelming and I think they go above and beyond their call of duty. I have never experienced anyone being rude.
