  We usually dine at T.G.I. Friday's because of the points system and we get very bad experience almost all the time. Yesterday we went to east Hanover branch thinking it's newly renovated.. we ordered and served by the expediter throwing our free chips on our table.no manners or training no greetings... next we were served with dirty stacked saucers plates... disgusting!!! Next our entrees are floating in oil and orders got mixed up!!! Manager is rude and not conversant and pleasant to the customers... very bad customer service. I agree they used to be really good.... coupons now are a bluff they make the portions smaller when you tell them your using some coupons to order food... uunendlesss disgusting experience everywhere
