  Banfield is a horrible vet! All they try to do is sell you things and the push you to declaw you kittens which has been banned in several states as it is extremely cruel and deforming and can cause aggression, litter box issues, biteing and severe emotional issues! Any vet that pushes for this should have their own knuckles chopped off with a pair of nail clippers and the bones that are left will shatter where it is cut and they will be too painful to ever use (lots of declawed cats are euthanized every day due to pain and being unable to walk!)
